1. My strCNG/pubCNG balance is '0' on the MetaMask wallet, but it is not supposed to be. What should I do?

Following our ticker change, strCNG and pubCNG distribution was made to the Vesting Portal, not to personal wallets. This was to make sure that strCNG/ pubCNG holders would not have to go through the deposit process, therefore eliminating the need for holders to pay the gas fee required to make a deposit. Therefore, you can check the amount of strCNG/pubCNG tokens deposited in your wallet by clicking on the [Step 2: Claim] button on the CNG Vesting Portal.

2. I am attempting to claim strCNG/pubCNG, but the quantity shown is different. Why is this?

Changer Tokens have a lock-up period. strCNG has a lock-up period of 12 months, and starting from April 1st, 2021, you will be able to claim 1/12 of the total amount every month. On the other hand, for pubCNG, it is the same as strCNG except that the unlock starts from June 1st. Therefore, the amount of tokens you can claim on the [Step 2: Claim] tab can be different from the amount you purchased. Also, please keep in mind that the amount of CNG that has been unlocked and is available for claiming on CNG Vesting Portal will NOT show on your wallet if you have not claimed it for your wallet.

3. I followed the Vesting Portal User Guide, and claimed my CNG. However, I cannot see it on my MetaMask wallet. Is something wrong?

After claiming CNG via Vesting Portal, you have to add the actual CNG token to your MetaMask wallet. On your MetaMask wallet, click on ‘Add token’ and then choose ‘Custom Token’ to put in the token’s contract address. Finally, the CNG token that was successfully claimed through CNG Vesting Portal will be displayed on your wallet.
