2. Shareholder/DAY holder/Referral/Gas fee

There could be received the new Changer token (CNG) by following the CNG holder guide for Chain Partners shareholder, DAY token holder, referral program participant, Gas fee reward program on this page. We already send the new Changer token (CNG) and the equivalent in the former token (CFX) through 1:1 Airdrop to a specified Ethereum wallet address in a previous, if you correspond to the one of types in Shareholder/DAY holder/Referral/Gas fee. Chain partner’s shareholders and DAY token holders would be received to backCNG. Both Referral and Gas fee programs gain the ecoCNG and all holders can find the CNG in the wallet if you add the relevant token named ‘backCNG’ and ‘ecoCNG’.

1. Add the new Changer token to your wallet

In the operation of MetaMask, there is [ADD TOKENS] on the bottom of the first page. Please click the button.

And then, it shows the screen as below.

Tap to [CUSTOM TOKEN] and Copy & Paste the below address in the [TOKEN ADDRESS]. It is automatically typed [TOKEN SYMBOL] and [TOKEN of PRECISION]. Please tap the [NEXT].

backCNG (Share/DAY holder): 0x5aCbabF8E5eEC0f036b3728482A65614297ee3F9

ecoCNG (Referral/Gas fee): 0x327612aCA8E619fe11bfA3dCb0a0c2C8B8688244

You can check that the gifted token has been deposited. Please tap the [ADD TOKENS].

It is completed to add tokens in your wallet as below. This token is NOT an actual Changer token, it is a claimable temporary token via CNG Vesting Portal.

After depositing temporary tokens on the CNG Vesting Portal, let's see how to claim the workable Changer tokens (CNG) after the lockup period is over.

2. Claim the workable Changer token (CNG) with deposit to temporary token in CNG Vesting Portal

First, please access the CNG Vesting Portal (https://vesting.changer.io).

Tap the blue button to ‘Connect Wallet’ and select your wallet that is frequently used. This description is optimized for MetaMask in the guide, Please click the MetaMask on the top of the list.

Once you connect your wallet, you can choose between [For Event Participants] and [For Token Holders. Since the [For Event Participants] menu is only for the event participants, we will ignore it for now.

Once you choose [Step 1: Deposit], the screen will be shown as the below screenshot. If there are temporary tokens that can claim CNG tokens in the wallet, the type of token and quantity would be displayed. A transaction is executed with each temporary token deposit in the contract for claiming CNG tokens, when you click the blue button 'Deposit' to the right of each token. Partial deposits are not possible, and the total quantity of each temporary token linked to your wallet can be deposited into the contract. One thing to note is that temporary tokens cannot be returned to the wallet, once it is deposited in the contract. However, you do not have to worry about losing your tokens, as you can only claim the unlocked CNG tokens from the wallet where you deposit the temporary tokens.

As if it is submitting a receipt to the counter first, In order to receive a precious gem that has been pre-purchased before it is even mined. You can receive the gems as soon as they are produced little by little through the claims and take those gems to your wallet if you deposit a receipt. The gems will be available on the 1st of every month during the year. The total of gems is exactly 1/12 of the total quantity I purchased previously.

This is the CNG tokens instead of gems, and the temporary token(backCNG or ecoCNG) is the receipt into the equivalent of the Shareholder/DAY holder/Referral/Gas fee. It is the same as the deposit process for submitting this receipt to the counter.

As above, you can see the 131 ecoCNG (receipt for gas fee return/referral) in available tokens to deposit. Now, let's deposit this receipt and prepare to receive real gems (=CNG tokens).

If there is a balance in each temporary token (receipt) held by the connected wallet, the button 'Deposit' to the right of the balance amount is activated in blue. Tap the button to launch the MetaMask wallet. If you wait for about 1 minute after you approve this transaction, the number of tokens available for deposit will be ‘0’(zero) as below, and the deposit will be completed successfully. If the balance of all temporary tokens suddenly becomes ‘0’(zero) on the screen below, do not be surprised and then select the menu [Step 2: Claim] at the top of the tap.

[Tip!] When you approve a deposit transaction in the MetaMask wallet, click the blue button [Edit] in the Gas fee section to set the expected processing time to 'Fast'. And then, transactions are approved, Deposits are completed faster and more safely with approval.

After completing the temporary token deposit, you go to the menu [Step 2: Claim].

You can see various information in detail such as the type and quantity of temporary tokens deposited in the contract, the number of CNG tokens that can currently be claimed, and the number of CNG tokens that cannot be claimed yet.

If the blue button 'Claim' is active here, it means that there are currently claimable CNG tokens (=real gems). On the right side of each temporary token (=receipt) deposited in the contract, the number of claimable token quantities is displayed as a figure number. As above the example, There are 250,345.4678 pubCNG in the temporary token that was purchased during the Public Presale. It means that they have been unlocked and are available for claiming right now. It is impossible to claim only part of them. Once you tap the button Claim, 250,345.4678 tokens will be claimed to the MetaMask wallet at once.

when you click the button Claim, a window appears to approve the transaction in MetaMask as below. You can approve by clicking the blue button 'Confirm’ at the bottom right here. Click the blue button 'EDIT' in the red box of the picture and then select 'Fast' for the 'Estimated processing time' to claim CNG tokens faster and more safely.

Just tap the EDIT, you can adjust the transaction fee (Gas fee) as below.

If you wait at least 30 seconds to up to 30 minutes after being approved in your MetaMask wallet, you can check that the CNG token you just have claimed successfully and then deposited into your wallet as below.

If the number increases in the 'Your CNG tokens' section at the bottom of the CNG Vesting Portal, the CNG tokens are successfully claimed to your wallet.

CNG tokens have been deposited successfully, but you can not see them in your wallet?

Just as you added temporary tokens (=receipts) such as backCNG tokens or ecoCNG tokens to the MetaMask wallet, you also need to add the real changer tokens (CNG) you have claimed separately.

Follow this guide? Launch MetaMask Wallet and click the [Add Token] at the bottom of the screen.

Tap to [Add Token] -> [Custom Token]. Copy & paste the CNG token contract address 0x5C1d9aA868a30795F92fAe903eDc9eFF269044bf in the [Token contract address]. For a wait of 3 seconds, It is automatically typed [TOKEN SYMBOL] and [TOKEN of PRECISION]. Please tap the [NEXT].

Final confirmation of adding CNG tokens. Click the [Add Token].

CNG tokens are successfully added to my MetaMask wallet as below. If there are CNG tokens that have been successfully claimed, the completed claim quantity will be displayed.

If the lockup is released on the CNG Vesting Portal and claim is possible, but the quantity of CNG tokens that have not yet been claimed to the wallet is not displayed in the wallet. First, you should claim your CNG tokens on the CNG Vesting Portal and then it will show up as a balance in your wallet. In this case, since I left the receipt at the counter a long time ago, there are many jewels that I can find, but I have not claimed the counter yet. So, it is only having the right, but not actually brought it to the wallet.

If you try to claim CNG tokens but get stuck in an infinite standby

If a CNG token is claimed as well as in low Gas fee allocation, it may be in an infinite standby because of no approval in the Ethereum blockchain.

Usually, this is a case in which the CNG token does not come into the wallet even after up to 30 minutes. In relation to the situation, the Gas fee is too low so that there is a very high possibility of no approval.

In this example, you may feel anxiousness so there is a possibility that you would claim two or three times after refreshing the CNG Vesting Portal. Then, when you see the [Activity] of the MetaMask wallet, it will be displayed as below.

On the screenshot above, there are two Claim in the queue, the upper one is the first Claim attempted. The lower one is the transaction of the second Claim attempt.

Typically, when the waiting time is long for the first Claim, you try to claim again by changing the Gas fee to 'Fast'. However, as the above, if the first Claim is already marked as [Pending] in orange text, The second Claim with higher fees will not be executed and will wait constantly to be cancelled for the first Claim.

In this case, It should cancel the first Claim in an infinite standby by force and then the second Claim with a higher fee could go through on the next step.

To cancel the first Claim, click the [Cancel] to the right of [Accelerate] in the first 'pending' Claim at the top of the screenshot above.

If you click the [Cancel], you can choose the Gas fee again. At this point, you should select 'Fast' to gain the higher possibility that your first Claim will be successfully canceled.

If you haven't tried your second Claim yet and you have been waiting for your first Claim approval for more than 5 minutes, you can speed up your procedure by pressing the [Accelerate] which increases the Gas fee to 'Fast'.

There is a clear possibility that it may not be possible to quickly react to commands within the actual Ethereum blockchain. Furthermore, both [Cancel] or [Accelerate] will be recognized in the Question window and MetaMask asks if you want to cancel or accelerate. Nevertheless, if you choose to try many of Claims, you will have to decide how much you will pay for the fee. Even here, if you choose the 'fast' as much as possible, the possibility will be processed quickly and stably on the Ethereum blockchain increases as much as that. There is always a possibility that only a fee will be thrown and the transaction will not succeed, Since the technical limitations of the Ethereum blockchain exist.

The one solution to increase the probability of successful attempts is to set the Gas fee to 'fast' whenever you make a Deposit or Claim. It would be very inconvenient in your itinerary but this is an Ethereum network performance issue, not a Changer development issue at all.

Despite these inconveniences, the reason why the Changer token was developed by Ethereum as with BSC or Klaytn due to its wide ‘Scalability’.

Although the Ethereum’ speed is slow and the Gas fee is very high, it can be easily listed on most Digital asset exchanges. And, It has the effect that Changer tokens are easily traded and utilized on the largest Ethereum DeFi ecosystem.

As previously mentioned, it is inconvenient to use Ethereum, however, there are many advantages that offset the disadvantages. Team Changer gently informs you that this blockchain was inevitably chosen, Sorry for that all token holders. Please contact us via email cng@changer.io, If you have any further questions. We would be happy to respond and quickly solve your issues. Thank you!
